NML Creek Residence is owned by His Excellency Abdulla Nasser Lootah, a distinguished Emirati leader with a long and decorated career in UAE federal government.
H.E. Lootah served as Deputy Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Government Experience Exchange and Competitiveness, and was the founding Director General of the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Authority (FCSA), the entity mandated by Presidential Decree to strengthen the UAE's national data and competitiveness capacities. Earlier, he served as Secretary General of the Emirates Competitiveness Council (ECC).
